Once that serious decision has been made, watch the Marketing Department spring into action.
Horse Country has monthly advertising contracts in eleven equine publications. The magazine line-up is chosen to reach as many different disciplines in the horse industry as possible. The combined monthly subscription circulation of these magazines is in the 700,000 range. In addition to these magazines’ subscribers, many of them can be found in farm stores, feed and tack stores. A few are also in the magazine racks of Barnes & Nobles and Borders nationwide.
Your Property will have a major presence on Realtor.com with multiple pictures and descriptions prepared by a professional writer who is also a professional Realtor and horseman. There is a long list of TV and newspaper websites (ex.- Wall Street Journal) with links that send a prospective buyer to full blown information on your farm.
We know you’ll like your property’s presentation on our Horse Country Website. Buyers with horses quickly understand that the horsemen/Realtors at Horse Country can write intelligently about your property’s horse amenities.
But that isn’t all we do. When Patti lists a property, she prepares a full color brochure highlighting its best features. This is mailed out to a list of high profile area horsemen and Realtors and to all whom inquire. In analyzing a specific farm, we may determine its features deserve to be marketed in additional ways. And, we do not turn a blind eye to the prospective buyer that may not have horses but is seeking a nice country home.
Realistically priced farms (from simple 2-3 horse family farms to commercial stables with indoor arenas) are in constant demand. However, your property does not have to have existing barns and pastures to entice horsemen. If it has the potential as a horse property, we probably have a buyer.
So..... If you have entertained the possibility of selling your property, I would appreciate the opportunity to talk to you. Be sure to check out our track record. Click Here |
